Early 1960s Polaroid 110B Pathfinder Land Camera w/ the sharp, fast Rodenstock Ysarex 127mm f4.7 lens. While the original Polaroid roll film for this camera hasn’t been made in years, this camera is the preferred Polaroid model for modding with a 4×5 sheet film back to create a folding, handheld large-format film camera. I have also seen people modify it to accept other instant films or 120 roll film. Note, this is an original, UN-MODIFIED camera for either collecting or making your own alternative camera. Viewfinder, rangefinder focusing, and parallax correction all work. Bellows tested to be free of light leaks. Very good condition for its age on the outside, clean and excellent on the inside. Lens is excellent for its age, with only some minor dust between the shutter and elements. The aperture works smoothly from f4.7 to f/45. The folding and focusing hardware works great. The faster shutter speeds seem within 1/2 stop, but the 1/4, and 1/2 speeds are slow, and the 1s is prone to hanging open. This is not uncommon with old shutters and can be worked around be using the bulb mode, which works fine. A shutter clean, lube and adjustment is always recommended for critical applications and often can restore the slow speeds. There is no obvious gunk or oil build up on the blades. Lens and shutter can be easily removed with a spanner wrench for maintenance.
